Fairplace Homes Ltd’s core business is Housing Management.

Our main focus is on the tenants and maintaining their homes.

We have a list of contractors that offer all services from void turnarounds to gas servicing so we are responsive and attentive to our tenants’ needs

Community Presence

Our office has a shop front on the local high street where we welcome our landlords, all residents and their neighbours and encourage them to offer feedback and advice on how to improve our services. We offer a very inclusive service with a wide number of languages spoken in the office to reflect the communities we serve.

Employment

We have a programme of apprentices joining our main contractors that has been developed over the years.

Also, in our supported housing we ensure that the young adults leaving care are directed to further education and employment
