Tenancy Policy
Fairplace Homes Ltd (Fairplace) will grant tenancies which are compatible with the purpose of the accommodation, the needs of the individual household, the sustainability of the community and the efficient use of the stock.
Rent and Service Charge Policy
The purpose of this policy is to outline the approach that Fairplace Homes (Fairplace)
takes to setting rents and service charges. In setting rents and service charges Fairplace will be transparent with tenants and comply with all relevant legislation and regulations.
Repairs and Maintenance Policy and Procedure
Fairplace Homes (Fairplace) will make sure that all properties are repaired and maintained promoting a safe home environment for all its residents and tenants. Repairs and maintenance continues to be a top priority for our customers. To ensure
